Vocational Training and Employment Program for Persons Who Participated in the Military Operations of 2016, 2020, and 2022, as well as Unemployed Citizens Discharged from Compulsory Military Service after 2020.

Individuals with outstanding loans may benefit from the Support Program for Persons with Non-Performing Loans if, as of the date of application, the total principal amount of all their loans does not exceed 1 million AMD, and those loans have been classified as non-performing for at least three years.

The State Employment Support Program for Persons Displaced from Karabakh is currently being implemented.

The Program consists of three components:

• vocational training and employment;
• work experience and employment;
• vocational training, work experience, and employment.

The Program aims to promote the economic stability of persons displaced from Karabakh by supporting them in starting and developing entrepreneurial activities. The State provides both business training and financial support.

Applications are accepted until December 31, 2026.
