Vocational training and employment opportunities for persons who participated in the military operations of 2016, 2020, and 2022, as well as for unemployed citizens discharged from compulsory military service after 2020.

Under the Program, employers have the opportunity to determine which component is most appropriate for the citizen who has applied to them.

Accordingly, the Program consists of three components:

• Vocational training of the beneficiary for up to 5 months
  In this case, the tuition fee is reimbursed by the state at 50,000 AMD per month. A scholarship is also provided for 50% of the minimum monthly salary (37,500 AMD). In addition, for a period of one year, the beneficiary is provided with monthly tax reimbursement of up to 50,000 AMD.
• Organization of a three-month work experience placement with the employer
  In this case, an employment contract concluded between the employer and the beneficiary for a period of at least one year. The state then reimburses the employer, on a monthly basis, for the beneficiary’s salary in the amount of the minimum monthly salary, as well as the taxes and social payments calculated from the beneficiary’s salary up to 25,000 AMD per month during the first three months and up to 50,000 AMD per month during the following nine months.
• Provision of a one-time reimbursement to the employer for 300,000 AMD
  This applies provided that an employment contract is concluded with the beneficiary for a period of at least one year.
